It was really tremendous yesterday 30th May, 2014, as Biafrans from all over the world unites their spirit in one accord to remember her fallen Heroes and Heroines, who gave their lives in the struggle for freedom of our beloved Land of the Rising Sun. On 30th May 1967 after unreasonable maim and killing of the people of Eastern Nigeria, no other solution could have solved it better than to secede from Nigeria, a country proven to have poor or no interest in protecting the lives of its citizen. The story of Biafra and its complexity has aroused so much grouse, anger and deceit due to misunderstandings and adulterated versions of the "Untold Story of Biafra", the Civil War and Genocide.
However 30th May, 2014, marks the most successful "Biafran Heroes and Heroines Day". The world was colored with the legendary Biafran flag consisting of Red, Black and Green with the famous Golden Rising Sun in the center, depicting the Land of the Rising Sun with its original Eleven Provinces.
